Chlorination will do at the point of Bore Hole. The Dosing Pump with Solution Tank is provided as part of Supply. The Chlorine solution will dose by Dosing pump as per rated dosage and the pump can be integrated with Bore Hole Motor.
As soon as the Bore motor starts the Dosing pump also start and dose the chlorine to the Bore Hole line to Raw Water Storage tank line. The Chlorinated Water will store in to the Storage tank provided by client.
Chlorinated water will remove the Bacteria, Virus, Organic growth and control the Yeast and Mould if it present in Raw Water.
Raw Water Pump will connect to the Storage Tank and it will supply the water to further system for process with pressure.
Multi Grade Sand Filter has provided for removal of Suspended impurities and Turbidity present in water.
The Complete S.S. - 316 vessels with S.S. Multiport Valve and Piping with Pressure Guage Mounted on S.S. Skid. Filter shall be charged with Filtering Media like, Pebbles, Quartz and Fine Sand.
Activated Carbon Filter has provided for removal of Color, Odour and Inorganic impurities removal as well as it will remove the residual chlorine present in water.
The Complete S.S. - 316 vessels with S.S. Multiport Valve and Piping with Pressure Guage Mounted on S.S. Skid. Filter shall be charged with 800 - 1100 Iodine value of Granule Activated
Micron Cartridge Filter has provided for removal of Micron impurities grater then 5 micron present in water.
The Complete S.S. - 316 Housing shall be internally Mirror polished with sanitary Fitting and Air release valve and pressure gauge provided. The Housing with PP Wound Filter inside with 5 micron and 1 micron rating in series.
The Filtered water will store in to the S.S. - 304 Storage Tank. Tank has level Indicator and Level switch integrated with pump control.
The tank has man hone and all inlet and out let connection with over flow and drainage.
Supply pump shall be provided to transfer the water to further treatment of water and also for rinsing machine. The Two Line shall be provided with ball valve to transfer the water in two separate lines.
Pump shall be from Grundfos make in S.S.
Absolute Micron Cartridge Filter has provided for removal of Micron impurities grater then 0.2 micron present in water.
The Complete S.S. - 316 Housing shall be internally Mirror polished with sanitary Fitting and Air release valve and pressure gauge provided. The Housing shall be with Code - 7 types PP Pleated cartridges inside with 1 & 0.2 micron rating in series.
These cartridges will also take care of Bactria and virus removal
The Alfa make U.V.System is provided with electro polished finished for removal of Bacteriological growth present in to the water.
U.V.System is with its individual control panel with all safety features with Quartz jacket and U.V.Lamps made in USA. The life of U.V.Lamps is about 8,000 Hours. The hours Meter is present on the panel with indicators.
Ozonator has provided to generate the Ozone Gas from free Atmosphere or from Dry Air provided by compressor.
The Ozone gas will pass through the Ventury installed at the product water tank with continuous re-circulation by providing the Pump at Ozone Tank.
Ozone Tank is provided for S.S. - 316 with the Re-Circulation pump completely S.S. - 316. The Ozone tank will be continuous in operation with inflow and out flow of product water. The Tank shall be provided for continuous re-circulation of water with ozone gas mixing.
