Water Source form origin Contains Chemical and Microbiological impurities which has to be treated at the source by using Chlorination or Ozonation System
The Chlorinated Water will help to remove Microbiological Impurities such as Yeast and Mold - Alge formation or any other Bacteriological Contamination.
After Chlorination water will be passing though Multi Grade Sand Filtration and Granule Activated Carbon Filter which help to remove suspended Impurities Turbidity, Color, Odor and Organic Impurities.
After First Stage of Filtration Water will be passing through Micron Filtration and Reverse Osmosis System which help to remove chemical impurities such as Hardness, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Arsenic, Iron, Fluoride, Chloride, Sulphateor any other Harmful / Toxic Content of Source Water.
Pretreatment :- (PSF & ACF)
After R.O. System source water converts in to Portable Water which has lower TDS. The R.O. Product Water will be free from all types of chemical impurities present in to the source water.
Reverse Osmosis System: - (R.O. Plant)
The R.O. Product Water will be store in to S.S. 316 Sanitary type Product Water Storage Tank.
After R.O Product Water TDS will be very less and not advisablefor Drinking Application. As it need to balance TDS value by Adding Minerals in to the R.O.Treated Water by Re-Mineralization. This Process known as Mineral Adding System.
The Mineral Adding System will add Pharmaceutical Grade Minerals in to R.O. Product Water. The Automatic Mineral Adding System controls the pH and TDS in to the Product Water.
This process also possible by adding the Filtered Water from Pretreatment which is known as Blending System. By this way the water contains Natural Ions and Salts
After Re-mineralization or Blending, the water will be passing through Absolute Micron Cartridge Filterfor Fine Micron Filtration having 1 and 0.2 Micron Rating.
After Fine Filtration Water will be passing through the U.V. System for Removal of Microbiological Impurities and help for Self-Life of the Product Water.
After U.V. System water will be passing through OzonationSystem. Ozone Generator will produce Ozone Gas by using Oxygen Generator. The product water will be Re-Circulated in to Ozone Mixing Chamber with Ozone Gas to get higher amount of Ozone in to the product water before packing the water in to the PET bottles.
After Ozonation Water will have a long Self-Life after packing in to the PET bottles.
